My first video production was back in 1986 called “Balanced Fitness”.  I was hired as talent and choreographer which meant I created all the workouts and preformed them,  What I didn’t realize was how much work, time and money goes into a quality production.  Today I have over 65 video/DVDs to my name and many of them I have produced myself.
