One day not long ago in my early 50's I was tired of feeling frustrated and bummed by my undisciplined eating, lack of exercise, and consequent waning zest, weariness, and outgrowing of clothes. When I found that Tamilee now coaches people I made the stellar choice to send her a message and we were quickly on our way!
