This online training program is a more comprehensive online 8-week nutrition/fitness program.
How it works: 30-minute Consultation to review your personal goals. Before and after Body assessment, measurements and photos will be taken and sent to me.
First two weeks we will ease into your training and nutritional program with workouts I will select for you from my library of workouts on Design Your Fit Plans. All workouts are designed for home training (not using gym equipment). You will receive a pdf workout calendar and nutritional guidelines.
You will email me a 3-day daily food log.
Weekly weigh-ins if weight loss is your goal.
Each week we will have a 15-minute phone call to review previous workouts and the next two weeks training plan.
You will receive motivational affirmations from me to keep you inspired and on track.
After 8-weeks a final report of your program will be emailed to you. A last consultation call and review.
