Tamilee Webb has four book titles to her name; The Original Rubber Band Workout was released back in 1986 in four languages, which is no longer in print but still uses Rubber Bands in many of her arms, buns, & thighs exercises. Step Up Fitness book followed which was all about the step exercises, which Tamilee incorporates in Tight on Time DVD, Tighter Assets Weight Loss DVD and many of the Buns of steel videos. Workout for Dummies book is another great Brand like Buns of Steel where Tamilee shows you many different types of workouts to choose from. Her most recent book; Defy Gravity Workout was written for women approaching their forties. This book covers everything from exercise, nutrition, supplements and personal growth. Defy Gravity
We’re all getting older including me, our workouts need to change with
